Now Dracomies is currently working on a new mod called A Brave New World(formally known Fallout New Vegas Redesigned 4). In Redesigned 3, his burnt corpse is found in the pile, looking more crispy than a well done steak. If we look in that pile of burning tires, he is nowhere to be found. Boxcars(who has the mouth of a nun) tells us that Mayor Stein was burned alive in a pile of burning tires. Another great example is Mayor Stein from Nipton. Blind Luke, which you find in the New Vegas sewers, originally looked like he was sleeping with his eyes open, but in Redesigned 3, he looks like an actual rotting corpse. For example, all the dead NPCs you find in the game are most likely changed to look like they're actually. It doesn't only change the looks of NPCs though, Dracomies went out of his way to add details to NPCs that gives a much more realistic look to the description of their character. For someone that LOVES FCO, I saw that as a plus in my book. Redesigned 3 goes to the point of completely changing the look of certain characters so that they look more in line to their voice actors(i.e, First Sergeant Astor) Redesigned also uses FCO assets to help with the process. Redesigned 3 does the same thing as FO3 Redesigned, but on another level. I love FCO, but Redesigned 3 goes beyond just giving a more next gen look to the characters of the game. Whether it being small changes to the face, to big changes to make them fit their personality more.įor FNV, I was really tied between choosing FNV Redesigned 3 or FCO 3.0, but for me, it has to Redesigned 3. This mod sets out to fix the man facial misteps that Fallout 3 had by making them look more realistic and fit their personality much, much better. For Fallout 3, it is obvious, but in my opinion it is an essential mod, It's FO3 Redesigned(formally known as Project Beauty). Now there are quite a few mods that fixes Fallout 3 and New Vegas' faces, but not so many for Fallout 4. Thank the PC Gods that mods are there to fix this. Every NPC in that game feels like their own character seeing how the character customization is really in depth. Fallout 4 has definitely improved on graphics, especially for the NPCs. Of all the positives Fallout 3 and New Vegas has, the facial department is not one of them.
Even for games that came out in around the late 2000s and early 10s, they still look pretty damn hideous in the graphical aspect.
